Old Ironsides
Collaborating research efforts with noted English historian Dr. Alfred Price, Chief created an award-winning series of 24 paintings entitled The History of Electronic Warfare. This series became the centerpiece for Lockheed Sanders' advertising campaign for the better part of a decade. It was extensively reproduced in answer to constant demand throughout the defense industry, not only as prints, but also in magazines and books, and on publication covers and calendars. His 75th Aniversary of Naval Aviation and numerous other originals and prints hang in museums and other places of prominence throughout the United States.

The U.S.S. Constitution is taken out into the Boston Harbor once a year for its yearly turn around. To me, the painting of Paul Revere, the Boston skyline, and the U.S.S. Constitution says "New England".
